We are a new group (from Spring 2026) looking to work with beginners to learn French conversation. It is very much a group led learning experience with input from the group members on what we do and what we include. All leading towards talking in French.

We emphasise 'having a go', gaining confidence and just being able to communicate rather than aiming for perfection. We encourage listening to You Tube and online snippets with native speakers as a helpful way to learn that is the only homework for the group and purely optional.
Most of all having fun and enjoying the French language is our goal

Even though we are a conversation group, grammar, sentence structure etc. inevitably comes up and this is covered as and when it arises in our conversation to help provide a rounded learning experience.
