Did you enjoy Latin at school?

Come and join us as we have fun reactivating our rusty knowledge.

We are following the Cambridge Latin Course (Fifth Edition) which teaches Latin through reading. We are currently enjoying stories about treachery and the murderous schemes of Gaius Salvius Liberalis as we journey from the sacred spring at Aquae Sulis to the legionary fortress of Deva in Britannia, at the edge of the Roman Empire. As we travel across the country we develop our knowledge and understanding of Roman culture and a Britain occupied by the Romans.

Would you like to learn Latin?

As well as the main session we run an early session especially for beginners from 9.30 am to 10 am. We have plenty of enthusiasm and advice to share and we will soon get you started.

If you would like to join us contact Bernie on the group email link below.
